Will Crosswell, LCSW, LCDC: The Clinician Behind Crosswell Interventions
A licensed clinical social worker, addiction counselor, and Love First Certified Clinical Interventionist who has spent more than a decade helping families move from crisis to clarity.
Crosswell Interventions is a clinician-led intervention and recovery support practice serving families across the United States. The work is led by Will Crosswell, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC), and a Certified Clinical Interventionist trained by Debra and Jeff Jay at Love First.
The practice combines clinical training with lived recovery experience. Will entered his own recovery at age 24 and has spent the years since helping families navigate addiction, mental health crises, and the difficult conversations that need to happen when a loved one needs help and isn’t asking for it.
We are independent. We do not own or operate treatment facilities. We do not accept referral fees from the treatment programs we coordinate with. The work we do is for the family who hires us, and the recommendations we make are clinical, not financial.
