Crosswell Interventions was founded by Will Crosswell, LCSW, LCDC, Certified Clinical Interventionist, whose life was profoundly transformed at the age of 24 through his own dedicated recovery journey.

After overcoming his own struggles with addiction, Will discovered his true passion: helping families navigate the complexities of addiction and guiding their loved ones toward healing.

With over a decade of experience as a licensed therapist and clinical interventionist, Will combines his personal journey with professional expertise to create a sanctuary of hope and support for every family he serves.

Will is also a Certified Clinical Interventionist, trained by Debra and Jeff Jay at Love First. This advanced credential reflects his completion of specialized training and supervised cases in the nationally recognized Love First intervention model, a family-centered, clinically grounded approach that strengthens the care and guidance he provides.
